HOW TO USE
Recommended mixing ratio 1:2
30 gr of Lovely Light Bleaching Cream needs to be mixed with 60 gr of Lovely Light cream developer at 10, 20 or 30 volumes, according to the hightlifting speed to the desired bleaching, level and to the hair structure.
